The documentary series "Lines, Shapes, Colors" covers several centuries of the history of painting and drawing with a study of the development of techniques. The result is a mini encyclopedia of pictorial techniques which takes a scientific yet sensitive approach to art history.

Director(s): Marie-José Jaubert, Alain Jaubert

"Touch" presents the various "painter's hands" that characterize the artistic personalities of their owners. The film reviews the history of painting, highlighting two major, contrasting brushstroke styles: the thick and visible, and the smooth and invisible.
